These cooler temps ALWAYS make me feel like a better person. They also make me want to eat comfort foods. However, I need these foods to be easy to prep and yummy to my tummy! Here are just a few that we are starting to fix around our house! ENJOY!

Spinach Tortellini Soup TIP:: Add your tortellini at the very end so it doesn’t get mushy!

Creamy Potato & Kale Soup

Baked Chicken Chimichangas TIP:: Make extra. These are great in kids lunches!

Sausage Balls TIP:: Make more than one recipe of these. They freeze well and are great for snack or breakfast!

S’mores Snack Mix
